If cancelling your booking with the venue, you're risking affecting your star-rating if inadequate notice is provided to the hirer. You will need to provide strong supporting evidence to avoid a star-rating punishment during resolution.

Consider this before cancelling any bookings. If needed the process for cancelling is listed below.

You should also contact the venue directly to inform them you are cancelling your gig so they can organise a replacement with Muso. Do not miss this step as it is important to let them know with as much notice as possible.

How to do this via Web view/desktop:

  1. Click the 'Gig Calendar' icon on your left hand side menu bar

  2. Click on the 'Gig' in which you wish to 'Cancel'.

  3. Below the 'Event Details', click 'Cancel Gig'

  4. Select your reason for cancellation - Step 1

  5. Confirm your cancellation - Step 2

Using the Mobile app:

  1. Click the 'Gig Calendar' icon in your bottom menu bar

  2. Click on the 'Gig' you want to cancel

  3. At the very bottom of screen below your 'Gig Earnings', click 'Cancel Gig'

  4. Select your reason for cancellation - Step 1

  5. Confirm your cancellation - Step 2
