How will I know when I’ve been paid?

You will receive a payment remittance via email confirming that we have processed your payment to your nominated bank account.

If you are booked directly by the venue, you can also track your payment status in the ‘Earnings & Invoices’ section (via (...) ‘More’ menu ).

How long will it take between payment and the money hitting my account?

Payments are made at 4pm on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.

First time transfers normally take 2-3 business days from the time of the remittance being issued via email. Beyond the first transfer, payments take up to 24 hours to land in your bank account after the remittance arrives. If you have any issues receiving payment, please check your bank account details.

If your payment details (inc. bank account) are missing or incorrect, we cannot process payment until these are updated in your Muso artist profile.

How do I set myself up to get paid?

2. Accept the offers as they come through

Once the venue pays, we’ll pay and notify you.
