Easily view your past payments via web view and mobile app:

Web-view/desktop:

  1. Click the (...) 'More Menu' from left hand side menu

  2. Select 'Earnings'

Mobile app

  1. Click your profile orb in the bottom right corner on the bottom menu bar

  2. Select 'Earnings'

How to easily filter, export & reconcile payments

To export bulk payments for tax preparation, or you want to integrate your Muso payments with another invoicing system, Muso has easy filtering, exporting and reconciling options available on the web platform:

  1. Add a custom invoice number into the Muso platform per payment (optional).

This can be done via your 'Earnings' screen via the 'Your invoice #' column:

2. Bulk reconcile your payments received via your 'Payments' screen by applying the appropriate date filters, then exporting to CSV via the bottom right of your screen

Viewing the status of your payments in real-time

We've added the ability to see real-time updates on the status of each outstanding invoice/payment. See how many reminders have been sent to the venue and the scheduled date for upcoming payments. These can be viewed within your ‘Earnings’ screen, which is accessed via the more menu (...), then hover mouse over the ‘Status’ column to display payment information. *This is currently only available from web view and not yet released within mobile apps

Make sure to check your ‘Earnings’ screen to view updates on all outstanding payments before contacting Muso Support. If a gig has been added late, you’ll see a ‘Late’ text tag in the ‘Event Date’ column. Payment for gigs added late is approx 14 days after the date added to Muso.
