How do I add a credit card OR bank account for automated payments?
Automating payments for your events is a great way to save admin time. To add a credit card or bank account for payments for your events, please head to your 'More Menu', click into 'Payment Options', then simply follow the prompts to add your credit card or bank account.
When will I be charged?
Muso will charge your credit card or bank account each Tuesday 10am based on your confirmed weekly timesheet. For more information on timesheets, please see here.
How can I add an accounts email?
To add an alternative email for payment receipts for your events, please head to your account settings, then specify your accounts email for payment confirmations/receipts.
